This is about a vampire named Kagome who became a vampire after entering an old abandoned house. She then joins a group of vampires who have found refuge in an old house in the country owned by a 1000 year old Vampire. Who taught them how to control themselves. They soon get a new recruit. This man will help a lot with destroying the evil and prevention of soul stealing.

The old Vampire sat in the library of her mansion. She wanted children so badly. So every night she went out and turned a child into a vampire. So don't go out at night or you may be next.

"Do you belive this?" yelled Henry after reading that story out loud to everyone, "They make her sound like an evil thing!!"

Cab put a wooden finger to her mouth. "Hm, all the humans ever do is lie, so why does this suprise you?"

Corina sighed. "Aut, let's go." Aut was her bat. "Dumb humans. I want to bite a little girl's head off."

"It's okay, I'll go get some for all of us! What do you guys want?"

"Alright then, by the looks on everyone's faces, how about I get a couple of cartons." she said cheerfully, zapping up 4 cartons of ice cream and a bunch of spoons.
"Dig in!"

"pass the chocolate deary," said Drac, happily digging in to her own carton of ice cream.

Cab looked at the ice cream, and put her hands in her lap.

She looked at Cab curiously.
"You sure you don't want any Cab?" Charlotte asked.
"It's really good!" she added, handing a spoon to Cab.

"dont worry about Cab," Drac siad to Charlotte. "Shes not into human food much,"

"Ahh. Oh well! That means more for us!" added Charlotte.

"You now, the best thing about being a vampire is you never get fat! its so fun i can pig out and not have to worry!"

November woke up from her nap and looked at the ice cream. "Ice Cream......"sighed November.

"What about it? do you want some?" said Drac

"I agree Drac! Even though I'm not a vampire, reapers don't get fat either! So it's fun to pig out on the stuff that you couldn't when you were human! And there's plenty to go around, so dig in November!" Charlotte said, handing November a spoon.

"Um...ok."said November as she ate a few scoops. She ate some and sooner, She got tired again. "i feel so sleepy.."sighed November.

(right now they're all at home, a little depressed after they read a story about a vampire that was described as evil, and they're eating ice cream ^^)

"It's all good. I'm feeling a little sleepy myself." said Charlotte, yawning.
"One thing that I haven't been able to give up after becoming a reaper is sleep!" she added.
Then something began ringing. It sounded like a pager.
"Ugh. Not again!" she groaned.

"Have fun!!" said Henry as She left.

[Chuckie]

Cab stood and scooted her chair in. "If you will all exscuse me," she said, curtsying with major grace.

Charlotte flew back in through the window.
"I don't know why I keep doing this kind of stuff. I hate my job, it sucks so much!" she groaned.

"Hey Cab, U don't have to be so polite."

All Charlotte did was moan and groan in the corner about her stupid job.

Cab shrugged. "I dunno, I guess it's in my carvings." she said.

Drac noddded sympathetically.
"im hungry. If youl excuse me for a sec, im gonna go um do my um thing in the kitchen."

"Hpmh." said Charlotte.
"Well I don't care, I think I'm gonna go for a little walk. You coming Lizzie?" she asked her little demon imp friend.
"Yes! Coming!" she said happily.

Drac rolled her eyes and went into the kitchen. There she undid her bandage, and took off her locket. She pressed a secret button on her locket, and a tiny knife slid out. She pierced herself in the same place she always did, underneath the bandage, and put a few drops in the cup, and then filled it up with pinapple juice. She drank it, and immediately felt better.

About an hour later, Charlotte and Lizzie came back, and she brought a bag with her.

Drac took one look at the bag and said "are they prezzies?"

"Haha, no. It's my secret stash. I could feel the mood beginning to darken, so I decided to break these bad boys out!"
"I helped her find them!" danced Lizzie.
"Yes, and you were a very good helper." Charlotte said smiling and patted Lizzie's head.
"YAY!" jumped Lizzie.
"Hehe. Dig in!" she said, dumping the bag full of pretzels, candy, taffy, gum, and tons of other candies.

[Chuckie]

Cab pulled on her long trenchcoat. "I'm going out." she said to the others. "I'm feeling a bit lightheaded."

"Okay then. Are you sure you don't want any before you go out?" Charlotte asked, pointing to the bag.

[Chuckie]

"Um, what is it, exactly?" Cab said.

[missrandom]

"CHOCOLATE!" yelled Drac, and she began stuffing it into her grey shoulder bag, which was covered in badges.

[Chuckie]

"Ugh, no thanks." Cab said, walking out the door, and waving her hand over the lock, causing it to close behind her. She ran into the night.

Drac shook her head, and took off her locket. It was vibrating slightly,as if something was rattling inside that wanted to get out. she opened it up, and out flew a small fairie. "MINNI!" squealed Drac. "minni i havent seen you in ages, since that man stole you away on the ship! Hows dad?" Minni said somehting in a strange language, which Drac replied to in the same language. "Charolette, Lizzie, this is Minni."

"Wow. She's pretty." gasped Lizzie.
"She is. What was that language you two were speaking? It sounded familiar." asked Charlotte, sucking on a sucker.

"I'm going out." said Henry. He may have been one of the oldest Vamps. in the house but thinking of the humans made him thirst for their blood. So he left the house and went for a walk in the woods behind the house.

"I wonder where he's going." thought Charlotte.
Now, Charlotte was always boy crazy. But Herny was different. He was one of the only guys that she liked not for his looks, but for who he was.
"I must be crazy for thinking about him so much! He doesn't even like me the same way I like him." she thought, letting out a sigh.
Charlotte decided to leave for a little flight.
"Wanna go for a flight, Lizzie?"
"YAY!! A flight!" she squealed as she hopped on. "What are we waiting for? Let's go!"

Henry had found a quiet place in the woods and sat down on the ground. He started to sing and-Oh god!- it was like listening to angels.

Lizzie heard the singing before Charlotte.
"Do you hear that, Char?" Lizzie whispered.
"Yea, I do. Let's go fly in for a closer view. Just for a quick sec. But you have to keep quiet, got it?"
"Got it!" said Lizzie, pretending to zip her mouth shut.
When the two of them landed, Char couldn't believe what she saw.
"Whoa, it's Henry."

"So why don't you and I get together,
Take on the world and be together
forever!"

She couldn't believe her ears. She had to get a closer look.
So close that she tripped over a branch and fell right on her face in front of Henry.
"Ouch."

"C!! Are u okay?!" asked Henry alarmed.

"C!! Are you okay??" asked Henry alarmed.

[Chuckie]

Cab had lifted Charlotte from the ground, and wiped some of the blood on her lip. "You should be more careful, Miss Charlotte." she said, brushing her off.

"What r u both doing here?!"

"Well, I heard someone singing. So I came to get a closer look. When I saw it was you, I couldn't believe it, so I tried to get a little closer for a better look. Then I, kinda, tripped, and fell on my face." she admitted.
"You're really good!" said Lizzie.
"Took the words right out of my mouth. And I'll try to be more careful Cab, but I can't promise you anything!" Char giggled.

'Um.. Thank you."

[hunnybee1992]

"Aww look! He's blushing!" laughed Lizzie.
"Lizzie! That's not nice!" Char said. "Some people can't help it!"
Then she began to blush.
"You're blushing too!!" said Lizzie, who laughed even harder.
"I'm gonna get you!" yelled Char, running after Lizzie.

Henry started to laugh. He NEVER laughed!!

[Chuckie]

Cab looked at Henry. "I never knew you had a talent for singing." she wobbled, and held onto a tree. She hadn't found anyone to give blood to.

Char stopped.
"Henry? Are you, laughing?" she asked, shocked.
Then she saw Cab.
"Are you okay Cab? You look paler than usual."

"Thanks. Cab come here." he said. That was his way of volunteering to take Cab's Blood.

She couldn't believe how kind Hnery was towards his friends.
Maybe she would be like that if she were still alive. If only she had had friends back then.
Charlotte let out a sigh.

[Blooberi800]

"Do u want a turn after Cab?" Henry asked Jokingly.

[hunnybee1992]

"Wha? Oh no, I'm fine. I was just thinking about something. Come on Lizzie, let's go finish our flight." Charlotte said.
"But why? I don't wanna go!"
"I said, let's go." said Charlotte, growing impatient.

"No soul no life." muttered Henry under his breathe.

[hunnybee1992]

"I HEARD THAT!" yelled Charlotte.
"Why are you so mean to him?" asked the innocent Lizzie.
"Because." was all Char replied.
"Because why?" nudged Lizzie, wanting to know more.
But Charlotte knew where this was leading to. Lizzie did this whenever she wanted to know something.
"If I tell you, will you promise to keep it a secret?"
"Yes!"
"Pinky swear?"
"Pinky swear!"
"Okay then. The reason why I can be so mean to Henry is because, I kind of like him."
"But you've hardly liked anyone before!"
She couldn't help but giggle. Lizzie was Charlotte's doll before she died, and she asked her boss [the Grim Reaper] to put her guardian's spirit into the doll body so she would be more comfortable with the job. When she was younger, Charlotte would always tell Lizzie her secrets. They mostly consisted of how annoyed she was with the boys in her class. So she thought it was funny that Lizzie would bring something like that up.
"Yeah, I know I said that. But Henry's....different. He's so kind and stuff. And he's good looking."
"But still, it's surprising."
"Yeah, I know. Come on, wanna go back home and eat more junk food?"
"Yay! Candy!" said Lizzie excitedly.
And with that, they were on their way home.

[Chuckie]

Cab shook her head. "Henry, you know that if I give food to anyone other than humans, it could result in seious concusions. "I just need to- KYYAAAAA!" her hands shot to her nose, and a huge amount of blood gushed out. She tripped over a stick, and hit her head on a tree. "Ow...." she said, clutching her head.

[Blooberi800]

"Cab do u know why I say that?? It's because it reminds me to never have a life with anyone with a soul. Like Char."

[hunnybee1992]

*Back at the house, Charlotte had passed out for some odd reason*

"Cherry? Cherry? Cherry!?" yelled Lizzie, who was upset that no one was home.
"Oh no! What am I gonna do? I can't help her! I can't take her anywhere! I'm too little, and people would think I'm weird, or that I did this to her, or that - "
Then Charlotte woke up, but didn't move.
"Lizzie? Was that you yelling Cherry?" [Cherry is Charlotte's old nickname] mumbled Char.
"Cherry? You are awake! Oh I was so worried about you! What happened?"
"Truthfully, I don't really know. I think it's from all the stress I put on myself nowadays."
"Stress? Stress from what?"
"Well, you see, I never lost my soul when I died. That's why I still have to do all the other yucky stuff humans need to do. And I guess that other stuff means having to relax." Charlotte tried to explain.
"So, you mean, that your job is making you sick?"
"Yeah, something like that."
"Then why don't you quit?"
"Because I have no other choice."
"Yes you do!" whined Lizzie. "You have many other choices! You can do so many things, because you're good at so many things. Like singing, drumming, writing, drawing - "
"That's not the point!" snapped Char.
"Oh yeah? Then what's the point?" nudged Liz.
"The point is that I still have my soul because I sold it to the Reaper when I was young!"
"...What?" asked a flabberghasted Liz.
"When I was younger, I was dying from an illness that couldn't be cured. My parents couldn't afford treatment to keep me alive anymore. So one night - the night that I was supposed to die - I made a deal. I promisde never to see my parents again if I did all the Reaper's jobs. He let me live, but for a price."
"And what was that?"
"That I had to keep my illness."

[Chuckie]

Cab looked up. "Huh? What do you mean?"

[hunnybee1992]

"What? What illness?" asked Lizzie.
"It's lung cancer, Lizzie." sighed Charlotte, who began to cry softly.

[missrandom]

"atleast u dont have the memories of being on a pirate ship and having rabies," shuddered Drac

[hunnybee1992]

Drac startled Charlotte. She didn't think anyone else was there, because it was so quiet.
"Sorry you had to hear that Drac! I didn't see you there. And I think the rabies thing iis horrible and all, but I don't think you understand what I'm going through right now."

[missrandom]

"Minni, give the girl some herbs," she said to the pixie

[hunnybee1992]

"Thanks Minni, but I don't think they'll work for very long. I don't know if they'll even work at all." sighed Char.
"Please try them Cherry! What's the worse that can happen?" pleaded Liz.
"The worst? I'll pass out again, maybe for even longer."

Drac pinched her nose and put a flower under it. "On three i want you to breath in the scent"

[hunnybee1992]

"Okay then. Whatever you say." said Charlotte.
On Drac's count, she breathed in the scent, then fell over.
"CHERRY!!" cried Lizzie.

[Blooberi800]

"Well, in 1786 I met the most beautiful woman in the world. I was going to marry her. But the day before our wedding she killed me. the Grim Reaper came to me and brought me to Madam Hino. She made me a vampire. But I still had to sell my soul to the reaper so he wouldn't take my bride's life. I went back to see her and, before I entered the house I realized. I couldn't have a real life. I needed a soul to do that. So no soul no life."

[hunnybee1992]

"CHERRY! Are you okay Cherry? Wake up Cherry! Oh." cried Lizzie.
"I know! I'll go find Henry! TRANSPORT!"
Since Lizzie is able to transport herself, she was with Henry in no time flat.
"Henry!" she cried. "I need your help!"

Henry was sitting in the woods. He was looking at the ground smiling. A tear running down his cheek.

"Are you okay Henry? You look upset." said the innocent Lizzie.

[Blooberi800]

"Hm? Oh, yeah. I'm fine. What's wrong??"

[hunnybee1992]

Lizzie had forgotten about Charlotte for a second.
"Oh yeah! You have to help Henry! Charlotte passed out after smelling one of Drac's herbs that Drac thought would help cure her illness that she had to keep after selling her soul to the Grim Reaper so she could live a while longer!" Lizzie said in one big breath.
She gasped, then said.
"You have to come back home! She hasn't woken up yet!" she cried.

[Blooberi800]

"****!! let's go." They got back to the house and henry sat down next to Charlotte's body, "Charlotte? Charlotte, honey, wake up." said henry like he was talking to a little sister.
"Lizzie! Go get my glasses from my room. QUICKLY!"

Lizzie ran and got Henry's glasses.
"Here you go. Are these the right ones?"

[Blooberi800]

"Yes. Let's see," said Henry examining Charlotte's chest where her lungs where, "It's getting worse."

[hunnybee1992]

"Oh no." gasped Lizzie.
"Come on Cherry! I know you can make it! You've done so well so far! And you were doing great when you were alive! Please don't make all that progress go to waste!" cried Lizzie, sounding somewhat mature [minus the crazy sobbing].

[Blooberi800]

"She's got to much blood flowing into her lungs. Some needs to take some of it." said Henry worriedly.

[hunnybee1992]

"I'll try and do it." said Lizzie through sobs. "I should still be able to do that. Stand back now."
Lizzie began chanting this weird saying, and a little black and red orb started to come out of Charlotte's chest.
But Lizzie was still too small, so it wasn't that big, and Charlotte was still inconcious.
"I'm sorry Cherry. I still can't do it. And you taught it to me so well! Why can't I do it yet!" said Lizzie, starting to cry again.
Then she stood up.
"No. I will do it. For Cherry!!" she yelled, and began chanting again.
Suddenly the orb got bigger, and bigger, and a little bigger. Then Charlotte began to breathe regularly again.
Lizzie moved the orb into a mason jar to be used later. Then she hugged Charlotte.
"Oh Cherry! I was so worried about you!" she cried.
But Charlotte didn't answer.
"Cherry? Cherry are you okay? I thought she was better Henry! You told me to get the blood out! WHY ISN'T CHERRY ANY BETTER!! WHY ISN'T SHE TALKING TO ME?!?!" she yelled, and began sobbing again.

[Blooberi800]

"I DON"T KNOW DAMN IT!! MY GOD!! IF SHE LEAVES US THEN....... ARGHH!!!" yelled Henry at the top of his lungs.

[hunnybee1992]

Charlotte then opened her eyes to all the yelling.
"Ugh. What's with all the yelling? Do you both have to be yelling at the top of your lungs? My head hurts from the herb Drac gave me. Wait, how long was I out for?" she asked.
"CHERRY!!" cried Lizzie, who ran up and hugged her tightly, then let go. "I'm so sorry! Are you okay? Can you move?"
"Yes I can move, why do you ask?"
Then she noticed Henry.
"What are you doing here?" Charlotte asked.

"I'm not sure." said Henry angrily, "I'm leaving now. Goodbye."

[hunnybee1992]

"Wait! Henry wait!" she yelled, trying to get up. Her attempt failed, and it made her lean on the wall for support as she tried to make her way over to Henry.
"Charlotte! You shouldn't do that! You don't have enough - "
"I don't care right now Lizzie! I want to find out why Henry's so upset right n -" Charlotte said, then fell over onto the ground.
"Cherry!"
"I'm fine! Leave me alone!" snapped Charlotte, slowly getting up.
"You shouldn't be moving! You should be resting!" said Lizzie.

Henry was at the door and then suddenly two demon wings sprouted from his back.
"Lizzie, Keep an eye on Char."

"Where are you? OH, GET BACK HERE! I CAN'T TAKE CARE OF HER BY MYSELF! I'M TOO SMALL TO HOLD HER UP!" yelled Lizzie, then noticed Charlotte getting on her sythe. "And where do you think you're going little missy?" she said.
"I'm going out. Don't worry about me. And if you're thinking what I think you're thinking, no - I'm not going to follow him. I'm going to do a little thinking." she said.
"You're not going anywhere without me!" Lizzie said firmly as she began towards the sythe.
"Oh no you don't." said Charlotte, who flew off.
"Don't stay up too late!" she yelled back to Lizzie.

Cab sat on top of the house's roof, legs crossed at the ankles, and trench coat removed and hanging on one of the points. She muttered something lowly, then laughed at herself. She conked her fist against her head. "Heh heh," she said, half heartidly, "nobody could ever love a .... hunk of wood." A tear ran down her cheek, followed by another. She drew her knees up to her chest, and covered her face in her hands, and sobbed.

On her way out, Charlotte notice Cab sitting on the rooftop. She flew over to her and saw that she was crying.
"Are you okay Cab?" she asked as she landed her sythe next to Cab. "Wanna talk?"

Cab looked up at Charlotte. "Oh, Charlotte. I'm okay." she put on a fake smile and tried to wipe away her tears. She failed miserably, and went back to sobbing. "I just...."

"Ur no hunk of wood," said Drac, smiling lopsidedly. "and charlotte I MADE YOU BETTER !!!!!!!!!!!"

Charlotte giggled.
"Yeah, I guess you did." she sighed.
"And it's okay Cab. You don't have to talk if you don't want to. And I agree with Drac - you're not just some hunk of wood! What made you say that? Who should be next on my list?" Charlotte giggled, poofing up her To-Do List.

"I'll tell you, but you have to promise not to tell anyone else." Cab said, sniffing.

"Of course!" said Charlotte, scooting closer to Cab. "I promise."

"I love a guy who....atleast I don't think he likes me." Cab said, quietly.

"Aw, I know how that feels." sighed Charlotte, growing quiet.

Then her heart dropped. She couldn't believe that Cab liked the only man she'd ever liked in her whole life!
"Oh well, it was bound to happen. I guess it can't be helped." Charlotte thought.
"Well," she began. "I think you should go for it! You should ask him if he likes you or not, or at least try to talk to him about it. It may be difficult , but that's the only way you're going to feel better." she concluded.

"It's okay, you can stay and comfort Cab. I'm gonna go and ride for a little bit. That last little episode really did me in."

Drac watched Char carefully as she flew away into the distance. So Cab was not the only one who liiked Henry

Charlotte landed on a tree branch far away from where the rest of the gang was staying. She figured this would be a safe place to cry for a little bit.

Cab sighed, stood and brushed herself off. "No use sitting around a crying." she told herself, putting on her coat. She walked inside to prepare dinner.

It was a good half an hour or so when Charlotte finally stood up.
"There's no point in crying over someone that you like, but you know doesn't like you back." she said aloud. "I should go back there and be strong for Cab, give her some support, and advice."
Then she sighed. "But how am I supposed to help her when I don't even know what I'm doing."
She heard her stomach growl.
"Oh well, no use thinking things over with an empty stomach! And all the nonsense that's happened over the past hour or two has worn me out. Time to relax a little. And apologize to Liz."
She headed off towards home.

Henry flew on to the roof of the house.
"Cab? What's wrong?"

"I'd leave her alone for now if I were you." said Charlotte when she got back. "Anyone want something to eat? I'll buy! My treat."

"Don't worry too much about it, and don't give yourself so much credit." said Charlotte.

"Um.. Charlotte? Can I talk to you?"

"Don't get your hopes up, Cherry. Remember - Cab likes him." she thought.

"Um.. Well.." said Henry who didn't know what to say, "Um........" so he went up to her and kissed her on the cheek then walked inside while his wings disappeared.

Cab peeked through the window, and frowned when she saw what henry did. She wen back and furiously chopped up some meat. "Stupid wood crafter....having to make a puppet...." she growled, tears stinging her eyes, and getting into the food. "Dammit!" she shouted, knocking over a glass in fury, and throwing the food again. She went up to her room and slammed the door.

Charlotte knew why Cab was upset, but she was too confused to do anything at the moment.
"I thought he didn't like me. I thought he wanted to talk to me about Cab. Why do these things happen to me?!" she thought, then fell to the floor in defeat and let a tear escape.
That's when Lizzie came in.
"There you are! You should know better than to go running off when you had an attack that severe! And you should - are you okay?" she asked after her rampage.
"I'm fine. Just let me think for a little bit." Char sniffled, getting up and walking to the kitchen to clean up the mess and prepare a little dinner.

Henry walked upstairs and went into his "room" (The library) and grabbed "Treasure Island" from the bookshelf.

Drac brought Cabs dinner up on a plate to her room. she knocked on the door and said "Your dinners getting cold so i brought it for you. Is there anything you want to talk about?"

Charlotte finished up the dinner dishes and began cleaning around the house.
"Are you sure you're okay, Cherry? There isn't anything you want to talk about?" asked Liz.
"No, why would you say that?"
"Because when you're upset about something, you clean the house to get your mind off of whatever is bothering you." said Liz matter-of-factly.
"Darn imp and her watching me." thought Charlotte.

"No, i'm fine." Cab lied opening the door.

Charlotte decided to go upstairs and try to talk to Cab about the situation.
"Cab, sweetie. Do you want to talk? I understand if you don't, but there's something that you should know."

"What?" Cab said, looking up at Charlotte, and flipping the page in her book.

Cab walked into the library, clutching the book. "Yes?" she said.

"...I have a feeling that I did something wrong, and while I don't yet know what it is, I would like to apoligize."

"Oh, that's okay." Cab said, shrugging. She moved her fingers along the spine of the books, silently reading all the titles. She smiled at all the Edgar Allen Poe books. "Your a fan....of Edgar Allen Poe?" she asked, looking up with her blood red eyes.

"yes. I've read his books for many centuries. 'Quoth the Raven, Nevermore.'" He said quoting the line from the raven.

Cab chuckled. "I like his story of the Red Masque of Death." she said, smiling a bit, and turning back to the books.

"Ah yes. The story of Prince Prospero. Very good."

[Chuckie]

"And not to mention the Pit and the Pendelum. It's my favorite." Cab said, her eyes shining.

"Mmm. Yes." said Henry staring at her thinking she was hiding something from him, "You know, You can tell me anything. Okay?"

"Oh? Thanks for that." Cab smiled, not intending to tell him much.

"Huh? Oh, I just....saw something." Cab said.

"Well, I saw you and Charlotte." Cab admitted, ever so casually. She skimmed through some books, and pulled one out. 'Tom Sawyer' by Mark Twain. She sat down in a big, red chair.

Cab put on a fake smile. "Oh, is that what you think it is? Oh no, it's not that." she lied, leaving the book, and walking out of the room. She grabbed her coat, wrapped it around her, and walked outside, in the cold night.

"It's okay." said Charlotte, peeking in the doorway. "I heard the whole thing. You can do stuff right, it's just that some people can take it the wrong way." she said as she sat down in a chair.

Cab ran through the snow, the cold sting her bare feet. She huddled next to a large willow tree, and shivered in fear of the sun.

"We have to find her before the sun comes up."

Cab braced herself, as the tip of the sun came up.

"It's okay. I know where she is."
Then Char got up and walked out of the library. But before she left, she turned and said one more thing.
"You give yourself too much credit. Don't worry yourself over every stupid little thing that comes your way. Just relax. If you don't, you might end up like me."
Ans with that, she used her transportation and tracking powers to find Cab by a tree.
"Cab? Sweetie? I've come to take you home. Are you ready, or do you need a little more time?" she asked as her eyes began to sting and swell.

[Chuckie]

Cab grabbed Charlotte's hand, and ran towards the house, almost too late. The sun was completely out. She fell, and the sun shone brightly on her.

Henry gave up and just sat at the window waiting.

Cab winced as the sun burned through her clothes, and onto her. She began to burn, but the wood remained. She sniffed from pain, and clenched the snow.

Henry got tired of waiting and flew out to find Cab.

Charlotte grabbed Cab and ran as fast as she could to the house.
"Don't worry Cab, we'll make it. You'll be safe, and I'll make sure you're okay."
When they got there, her strength was gone, and she couldn't take it. She collasped and yelled:
"HENRY! HENRY ARE YOU THERE! I NEED - "
Then she grew silent.

Cab crawled toward the door, and barely was able to open it. She dragged Charlotte inside, than collapsed herself.

"Charlotte? If that's you, you have a lot of explaining to do - NO! HENRY!" Lizzied yelled as she transport to Henry.
"Henry! Come quick! It's Cab and Charlotte!"

Henry landed in front of the opened door.
"Hello? Cab? Char? ****!!"

"You have to help me! Cab was exposed to the sun for too long and Charlotte collasped because she carried Cab here and her illness made it worse!" said Lizzie, trying to drag Cab and Charlotte inside.

when drac saw the limp bodies in the hallway, she almost fainted. quickly, she told minni to get reviving salts and herbs from the transportalocket

"Hurry Henry! You have to help them!" yelled Lizzie.

Drac quickly began to chant as Minni put the smelling salts under her nose. "shes breathing, but shes getting worse"

Charlotte started to stir a little.
"Cherry? Are you there? Wake up darling." said Lizzie.

"What happe - Cab! Oh my gosh, is Cab okay? Where is she?" said Charlotte as she began looking for Cab.
When she spotted her, she almost screamed.
"Hurry! We have to do something to help her! She helped me get into the house after I passed out!"

"Umm, Okay." said Henry still a little confuzzled.

There was a smell of burning wood, but no fire. Cab's skin was still intact, and the smell remained.

"Cab? Cab, sweety, are u okay?"

Cab opened her eyes slowly. Her eyes were wide with fear. "I'm burning." she said, and sure she was burning, but with no fire. The wood slowly peeled off, revealing skin, regular skin. Cab looked the same, but now not a puppet.

"Cab.. you're...... not wooden." said Henry surprised

Cab looked at herself. Her skin wasn't hard or chipped anywhere, and she opened her mouth. Her vampire teeth were gone. "Eh!? I'm a human!" she said, cringing.

"Cab, It's alright. Don't worry, everything's going to be fine. I promise."

[Chuckie]

"No! It won't be fine! I'm all fleshy!" Cab said, looking out the window and hissing at the sun.

"Honey. We'll try to make it better. Now do you know why you turned all....fleshy?" asked Charlotte, trying to use the right wording.
"Hey Cherry, her skin is like yours!" Lizzie pointed out.
"Not really."
"But yours is fleshy, and hers is fleshy."

"My wood burned." Cab said, staring at Charlotte. "Were you not there when it did?"

"I know that your wood got burned, but did you know that this would happen? That your wood would turn to flesh? Do you know a way to stop it, or to cure it?" said Charlotte.

"No....the only one who would is dead...I think..." Cab muttered.

"Well, who would know? I might be able to find him." said Charlotte.
"Or me!" piped up Lizzie.

"Figaro Arpeggio." Cab said, trying hard to remember his name. "Yeah, that's it. Figaro Arpeggio."

Charlotte closed her eyes and tried to focus on finding Figaro. Then she opened them.
"I don't think he's with us anymore. Would you know anyone else? Or anywhere that we could find information?" asked Charlotte.
"Why don't you try talking to him? Like you do with your parents sometimes?" said Lizzie.

"Hey!! You might want to do this somewhere else. Like the library? Ya know, wher there isn't any light." said henry starting to smoke from the sunlight.

"Right! Let's go!" said Charlotte as she took Cab and Henry up to the library.
"Cab," she started when they got there. "do you have a picture of this Figaro? Or can you describe him?"

[Chuckie]

Cab held out a picture of a man with black hair and a goatee. "He was my creator's son. And, he's a vampire."

"Perfect! You can talk to him, can't you Cherry?" said Lizzie.
"I'll try. I haven't talked to anyone in a long time. I don't know how well I can take it."
"Try! You have to try!" pleaded Lizzie.
"Alright then. Here it goes."
Charlotte sat in pure concentration and focused on the man's face. It was a good 5 minutes before she opened her eyes.
"We need to feed her a special herbal tea. We have most of the ingredients, but there's one thing that we don't have thats key to healing her." said Charlotte finally.

"Wait, If he's a vampire, then I can probably find him." said Henry, who really wanted to help.

"I can get it from the transportalocket in around a minute. Any universe, excluding the Montagus, because the people there are just plain stubborn and they wont give anything withing 2 minuts"

"Good luck with that. That man was so hard to track down I was lucky just to see him long enough to ask him about what to do with Cab." said Charlotte as she walked out of the room.
"Where are you going?" asked Lizzie.
"Outside. Or to the couch. Whichever I feel like."
"Why?"
"I'm feeling a little weak. Finding him took a lot out of me." Char sighed, flopping onto the couch.

Charlotte heard Henry from the living room, and she sighed.
"He's so much better than me. I envy him a little." she said, falling asleep.

Cab sighed. "Gee, that's nice." she said, walking upstairs. She changed from her normal dress into one that was long sleeved. "That bloody pervert is coming..."

There was a knock at the door.
"I'll get it!!" said henry who opened the door and got pushed out of the way by a guy with a goatee.

"Cabella! Sweet heart! Angel!" Figaro said, in his italian accent. He hugged Cab. "It's Cab, Figgy." Cab said, pushing him off. "Now, there's a slight situation. I'm human." Figaro laughed. "Excellent! Now, show me that pretty little neck!" Cab put her hands over her neck. "I'm not falling for your girlfriend trick, Figgy." she hissed.

Charlotte woke with a start.
"Alright, who said that you could go around acting like that to my friend? Whatever you want to do, get it over with. But I'll be watching, so no funny business." she said sternly.
"This is why I didn't tell Henry that I knew where he was. He is a pervert and Cab's stalker." she thought as her mouth turned to a scowl.

"Fine, your mistake." Figaro said, cornering Cab. She ducked. "Are you guys insane?! You're letting this nut case come in here and make me his "Vampire Bride"!" Figaro yanked her up by the hair, and she yelped. "Oh yeah, you're not a vampire...but you soon will be...." he said, getting close to her. "Ew! He's all fuzzy!"

Henry got pissed and grabbed the man by his ear and threw him out.
"DON'T VER COME INTO MY HOUSE AGAIN!!"

Cab watched, amused as Figaro ran into some shade, then ran for the city. "What really bugs me is that he's married...."

"So, if you need to be turned into a vampire again Cab, I can always help with that. And I knew where he was, but I also knew what he wanted to do. That's why I said I couldn't find him. Drac growled at Figaros retreating back. she turned to Cab. "i can bite you, or someone else who your more comfortable with, and then Minni can give you some herbs to numb the pain? And ill be more than happy to find you a woodsmith that will make you a new skin???"

"While you all talk this over, I will be in the library." Henry said as he walked up the steps.

"Are you okay Cherry? You look paler than usual." asked Lizzie.
"I'll be fine I guess. I'm a little tired. Yell if you need anything." said Charlotte as she stumbled up the stairs to the roof.

Cab walked into the kitchen, and got to work on lunch. "Ow!" she said, as blood dripped from her finger. She stuck it in her mouth.
