You mean like make icons out of HSM photos?

Umm...here's a scribbly idea.
Go to google.com and type in High School Musical. Then click on Search. Then click on images at the top of the PAGE not the toolbar stuff.
you'll see pics of it.
Then, use somehting like MS Paint and scribble something on it. Like, HSM 4EVER! or This is the ultimate musical...or just scribbly colours. Or a star.
How about you come up with the ideas yourself?
