How can I use the Bases?

Am I to stupid? I don't know how I can use the Bases for creating. Can you help me?

You drawn the clothes on the bases using a graphics program, such as MSPaint. Simple really. You draw.

Exactly though,
you can get a simple program as your Paint, that you get in your Accessories.
And you can draw on it.

You can post it under the Maker Created Dolls, I believe or the Handdrawn Dolls.

I'ld like to do it, but then I get this message:

Um, I'm not sure really. Probably your account hasn't been on Pixelbee for a very long time yet, so you have to wait a while before you can post there....

Yeah, the handdrawn dolls says *minimum of 10 posts required* so you must have at least 1o posts to post there.
