Avatar/Sig questions

I changed my avatar, but it doesn't show up different in my new posts. How do I fix that? Also, is there a number of posts you have to have to get a bigger signature? It says I can only have five lines, but some other users have much bigger sigs with a lot of stuff. Thanks for the help!

There's still a bug with the cache.. Whenever it does it you just have to refresh the page and it will show the right ava.
