I wrote a song!

Okay, well one night I was in bed and I was sooo bored and I had a bad day, right? And all of a sudden I decided to write myself a self-confidence type song to cheer myself up, cuz I'm so weird like that. I sang it 3 times before choosing the right melody, but I'll just give you the lyrics. Everything in bold is the chorus or whatever that's called. Okay, here we go:

Just the way it is

When I woke up
And I stumbled out of bed
Walked downstairs
Something going on in my head- ((prolongated musical backup))

When I'm at the store and a kid rams me with a cart
I'm rehearsing a play and I forgot my part
And I see a cute boy and thump goes my heart
But then I-
Trip or I happen to slip
and I fall
Someone rang I forgot to call.. oh yeah yeah-

That's just life
That's just my luck
That is just the way it is
When things go wrong or amok ((WHAT?))
I am all that there is to
hold my head up high and say
Things'll just be that way.



And that's the first part. If I ever make a demo of it, you can hear that for the rest. So far, it sucks, the words do, but yeah, it made me feel better that people have sucky luck like this. ^^
