I don't think spamming is a good way to become a mod :) Maybe you'd do better to read the forum rules again, which will help you understand what spam is.

lol yes last time I checked I was a girl. :p

But to stay on topic, usually whenever we're in need of new mods I'll post an application thread.
Sometimes I will PM you directly asking if you're interested.
It always helps making first impressions by being nice and helpful around the forums.
As Daenerys said, if you're constantly spamming and posting rude or useless posts, chances that you will be considered for a mod position are quite slim.

You can't. Tab has to pick you.
Rarely, Tab puts up a thread called 'Modeartors Wanted' and then you have to read the questions and send your answers to Tab in PM.
Right now, she has put up one of those.
