How to create a site? PLEASE HELP!

there are websites like piczo and freewebs where you create own website...for free too!

This is the right forum :)

How to make a website is a question that has two answers:
1. Like Amykate said: you need somewhere online to host the website. You can do that for free at Piczo and freewebs. You can just choose a template and put everything you want on your page up there, using their editors.

2. If you are SERIOUS about making a website you need to learn html at the very least. A good place to start learning about html is Lissa Explains (http://www.lissaexplains.com/).

Lissa explains how a website works and teaches you easy html tags to make your own website, all by yourself, using nothing but notepad (which is a little tool that comes with windows. Look for it in the accessories, where you will also find paint.).

Because you are not allowed to sign up for anything that has an account?

You have an account at Pixelbee, of sorts. You are a member and you signed up. Signing up for freewebs or piczo is kind of like signing up for Pixelbee.

Or did you mean something else?
