i would just go on ms paint, doodle and save, upload it onto a PXLB album and copy the code which is what i do because i dont have photobucket

i have a freeweb
go to freewebs.com, and register, i find it better then piczo because you can make it whatever you want and you can choose your pages to beginwith, but thats just me

Well, you should use that. Scribble something on it.

Here's a good one: www.webjam.com
It lets you create free website(s).
You can create more than one with just one account. I have an account there so add me if you join. I also have www.freewebs.com, but I prefer Webjam.
I've also heard of www.piczo.com but I've never tried it. If you try that, tell me what you think of it.

I love Piczo!
It's a really nice site maker. It's fun, because it's very easy to make something, and you can put anything you want anywhere you want. So, actually, you express your creativity on Piczo.
I strongly recommend it.

MS Paint is best for scribbling, although I use PSP8 if I want to make an exact scribble. (You knoww.. layers &&all that..) I use freewebs, for my website Limewishes [: [x (http://www.limewishes.co.nr)]. But for starters, Piczo is good (:
