3 cups of vinegar
2 cups of all natural hair conditioner you buy from a health food store

shake it up, and use like regular chemical type of fabric softner

for those who like environmental type of recipes and hanging their clothes on the line to dry for the environment...

Uh.. that's not food. unless you're supposed to eat it! Yeah! It's a edible fabric softener.. except you put Conditioner in it.
