When I stick a picture, I always can't see anything, and neither can the other member, why?

you need to put before the picture and after the picture i think

I made this show up.
To make a picture show up, click on Insert Image (Which has the icon of a sunset) then type/paste the URL.

Your image has to be hosted online to show up. That means you have to upload it to photobucket or the like, and have the URL of the image.

You can use the img-code tag or the button on the post-editor (where you type your reply).

edit: I am closing this one because some members seem to find it amusing to drag up VERY old questions...
