I really don't care. They have different responsibilities, so they shouldn't be compared to each other.
Also, I think that this thread is in the wrong forum and the PBF staff doesn't really need a chatting topic between themselves.

Thinking before posting is a good thing, dont you think? I think this is a non-topic. There is no need to choose between the different options in the poll.

An admin is a person on a site or forum who controls how the forum looks, what rules will be enforced, who can register, who will be deleted etc , etc.

A moderators keeps check of the discussions and threads to make sure nothing is being done against those rules set by the admin. They're doing a hard job, but at Pixelbee, they do it well. *Did that sound too ...?*

And well... supermods have a few more powers, usually over the whole forum. They do a hard job too.

So what is your POINT with this topic....?

I'm admin of my forum, so I know how hard it is. I only have one moderator, since it's a pretty small forum (10 members! x3) but it's still quite difficult. But I don't really know who's betterer. I think admin has the most responsibility though
